Deliveries<\/h4>\n

All our watches are made to order for each customer, guaranteeing maximum customisation and quality in every piece. Most of our watches are assembled by us in Spain; however, depending on the availability of parts, some watches may be assembled and sent directly from various international suppliers, in order to speed up delivery times.<\/p>\n

The estimated delivery time is 10 a 20 working days<\/strong> from order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.<\/p>\n

In the case of the personalised products<\/strong>, the production lead time may take up to 5 additional working days<\/strong> to the estimated delivery time. This extra time allows us to carry out the personalisation with the utmost care and ensure a finish of the highest quality before dispatch.<\/p>\n

As all our watches are made to order, each piece is unique and crafted specifically for each customer. Even so, we want your experience to be as satisfying as possible.<\/p>\n

We offer returns within a period of 14 days<\/strong> from the receipt of the order, provided the watch is in perfect condition and shows no signs of wear. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

100% personalized watches created through our Configurator<\/strong><\/a>, as well as those specifically designed at the customer's request through direct communication with our team (email, WhatsApp or other means), are manufactured exclusively according to the individual specifications of each order. For this reason, returns or exchanges of these products are not accepted, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to our company.<\/p>\n

Likewise, watches from our catalogue that incorporate personalized graphic elements provided by the customer are also not eligible for return or exchange. This exclusion applies specifically when the order includes any of the following customizations:<\/p>\n
