Deliveries<\/h4>\n

All our watches are made On commission<\/strong> for each client, ensuring maximum customisation and quality in every piece. Most of our watches are assembled by us in Spain; however, depending on parts availability, some watches may be assembled and shipped directly from various international suppliers, in order to speed up delivery times.<\/p>\n

The estimated delivery time is 10 a 20 working days<\/strong> from order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.<\/p>\n

As all our watches are made to order and personalised, each piece is unique and manufactured especially for each customer. Nevertheless, we want your experience to be as satisfying as possible.<\/p>\n

We offer returns within a period of 14 days<\/strong> from the receipt of the order, provided the watch is in perfect condition and shows no signs of wear. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> Bespoke watches created using our configurator cannot be returned<\/strong> under no circumstances, as they are unique pieces manufactured to each client's specifications.<\/p>\n

To initiate a return for products that are eligible, you must contact us beforehand via our customer service email: info@timeworksmods.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Once we've received your message, we'll tell you the steps to follow and the return shipping address.<\/p>\n
