Products

All our watches are made to order. Each watch is assembled specifically for each customer, so production and delivery times may vary depending on our workload and the availability of components.

We reserve the right to amend or discontinue products where necessary, without this affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

 

Personalised products

Personalised watches are manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer.

By uploading a logo, image or any other design, the customer declares that they hold the necessary rights, authorisations or licences for its use and accepts full responsibility arising from its use, thereby indemnifying Timeworks Mods against any claims for infringement of intellectual property rights, trade marks or other third-party rights.

In order to ensure the best possible finish, logos and custom designs may require minor technical adjustments during the manufacturing process. As a result, the final product may differ slightly from the original file, including minor adjustments to colour, proportions, line thickness or the simplification of certain details, whilst always remaining true to the essence of the original design.

 

Prices and payments

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment must be made using the methods available in the online shop. Production of the order will not commence until payment has been successfully confirmed.

 

Deliveries

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Production and delivery times are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond Timeworks Mods’ control, such as logistical delays, issues with suppliers or force majeure.

 

Liability

Timeworks Mods shall not be liable for any delays or failures to perform arising from causes beyond its control, including force majeure, logistical issues, supply problems or the actions of third parties.

 

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and graphic elements, is the property of Timeworks Mods or their respective owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution or use of this material is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

 

Applicable Legislation

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals deemed competent in accordance with current legislation.

Timeworks Mods may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary to bring them into line with legal, technical or commercial changes.
