At Timeworks Mods, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our custom watches. Our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and procedures for requesting warranty service.

Warranty cover

Products covered: This warranty applies to Timeworks Mods custom watches, purchased directly from Timeworks Mods or authorised dealers.

The warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and maintenance.

• Repair or replacement of parts necessary to correct manufacturing defects.

• Movements that stop working correctly and that have not been improperly exposed to liquids.

Warranty period: The warranty lasts for 2 years from the original purchase date by the first buyer.

Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or incorrect use, including, but not limited to:

• Accidents, abuse, neglect or misuse.

• Opening the watch case or unauthorised modifications.

• Failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions.

• Normal wear, scratches, discolouration or loss of shine.

• Water ingress, as it is not possible to verify if the damage was caused by customer misuse (open crown or pressure exceeding the model's admitted limits).

Warranty claim procedure

1. Contact: To initiate a warranty claim, contact Timeworks Mods at info@timeworksmods.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.

2. Proof of purchase: Original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, will be requested.

3. Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for sending the defective product to Timeworks Mods. If the claim is valid, we will cover the return shipping of the repaired or replaced watch.

4. Review process: Once received, we will inspect the product and inform you of the status of your claim within a reasonable period.

Limitation of liability

Timeworks Mods shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product or any breach of this warranty. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this expressed warranty.

This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to warranty policy

Timeworks Mods reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
