Shipping and Returns Policy

Deliveries

All our watches are made On commission for each client, ensuring maximum customisation and quality in every piece. Most of our watches are assembled by us in Spain; however, depending on parts availability, some watches may be assembled and shipped directly from various international suppliers, in order to speed up delivery times.

The estimated delivery time is 10 a 20 working days from order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Returns

As all our watches are made to order and personalised, each piece is unique and manufactured especially for each customer. Nevertheless, we want your experience to be as satisfying as possible.

We offer returns within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order, provided the watch is in perfect condition and shows no signs of wear. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Bespoke watches created using our configurator cannot be returned under no circumstances, as they are unique pieces manufactured to each client's specifications.

To initiate a return for products that are eligible, you must contact us beforehand via our customer service email: info@timeworksmods.com.

Once we've received your message, we'll tell you the steps to follow and the return shipping address.
